CONTENT OF PROJECT
In the project form is foreseen to deal with actual questions of national and European social dialog between employers and branch syndicates in EU member states. It is intention to strengthen the cooperation on national level, to discharge the actual conflicts with the help of international comparisons and samples of best practice and also to activate other national branch organizations of social partners with accompaniment of European organizations. In the participated states will also be achieved strengthening of the meaning of social dialog with the help of wide public.
GROUNDING OF PROJECT
Based on existent researches, it is possible to assume the existence of much of difficulties in activity of private security on this field in new member states of EU. Here belongs incomprehensible price and pay dumping and from this issuing the problems for quality services and nega75
tive public image of branch. Here also belong difficulties issuing from too large closeness of state institutions (MIA, Police) to economic activity of private security.
GOALS OF PROJECT
Main goal of project is to raise value of branch meaning, which is very important considering above mentioned large problems. This should occur with enlargement of possibility of international contacts and agreements and also with achieving more reliable base in national associations of social partners. How this will be realized in individual cases, stays left to participated organizations (the project only connect them, and show them communed questions and tasks).
Important goal is also to include the states, which until now did not cooperate in European social dialog in activity of security (Bohemia, Slovakia) and also to attract them with convenient activities to take part in certain degree. From the side of the project, can at the beginning also contribute national conferences, in which at first want occurred direct cooperation with organizations of social partners (for example: with free associations and competent state agency).
The project can also mean only the start up for further development on social dialog field within activity with private security in these states. In the meantime in some states already some possibilities for agreements exist, as well for social dialog, in other states a great success will be, only with possibility to gather all social partners to common table. According to these facts it is possible to anticipate that the evaluation of preceding the efforts on which the project goes by is very important in future.
